Joy has been in the beautification business for 19 years. A cosmetologist for 18 years, she is a master stylist licensed in Indiana and Colorado. Her salon, The Hair & Image Studio (T.H.I.S.), has been open and part of the Sola Salon Studios since 2007. As a business owner, wife and mother she manages a full life with a work life balance, for the love of it all.

Her specialties are color, cut, curly hair and styling, but she places a special emphasis on healthy hair. Joy also loves working within her community to bring beauty and fashion to the for front. Hi! I’m Bridgette, owner and esthetician of Black Esthetics and Artistry. Creating is etched into my very being. In fact, I'm sure it dwells comfortably within the marrow of my bones. Throughout my life it has manifested itself in various words or melodic tones but these days it is best exhibited through a makeup brush, or two.

I have chosen the face as my canvas and pigments, powders, glitters, creams, liners and the lot to adorn it. I've always been told that your gifts will make room for themselves, and mine have.
